Our design process is centered around curating experiences that invite guests to truly immerse themselves in our art. From your initial consultation call, we take the time to understand not just your vision, but the emotions and atmosphere you want to evoke for your guests. We consider every detail, from color palettes and textures to the way each arrangement will interact with the space, ensuring that every floral element contributes to a cohesive narrative. Our team works collaboratively alongside you, combining creativity with artistry, to design installations that are not only visually stunning but also deeply memorable. Whether it’s a dramatic centerpiece or a whimsical floral arch, our goal is to transport your guests into a world of beauty where every petal tells a story, leaving them with a lasting impression of elegance, romance, and intentionality.
We want to be more than florists to you. So, once you inquire with us, the first step of our process is to get to know you. We want to know what makes your love story unique, the vision you have for your day, and what you’re most excited about. Tell us your vision – we’ll handle the rest.
Once we’ve received your inquiry, we'll reach out to schedule an initial meeting to discuss your overall vision and get to know each other. During this call, we’ll discuss different color options, floral options, logistics of what you need, and any other details that will help us create a comprehensive proposal for your event.
Within two weeks of our meeting, we'll send a custom proposal that includes inspiration photos, details of your order and full itemized pricing so you know exactly what to expect. Our goal is to give you all of the details upfront so we can work together to create an event that resonates with you.
Once you’re ready to book, we’ll have you sign our contract together and make a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your date! After these steps are completed, you will officially be on our calendar!
Make any last changes and pay the remaining balance three weeks prior to your event. During this stage, we can chat through any final revisions / orders and any add-ons you would like to include, as well. Once we’ve placed the order three before your event date, everything is finalized.
We'll take care of the details so you can focus on celebrating with your loved ones. Our goal is to transform your space with your florals so it’s a key moment of your event that your guests will walk away and remember. They might not remember every detail, but they’ll remember how they felt seeing your event space for the first time.
To ensure we can deliver the best experience possible, we recommend booking your event at least 9 to 12 months in advance. This allows us ample time to collaborate on every detail and ensure the success of your event. However, if your event is sooner, don't hesitate to reach out—we're always happy to discuss how we can accommodate your timeline.
Our process is listed above, however, throughout the time we are working together, we will maintain open communication and provide support to ensure your event is as extraordinary and memorable as you envisioned. We send our clients detailed proposals with potential color palette options, as well as a list of florals that not only fit within your budget, but are also in season during your event. We use our expertise to truly guide you through the process, creating an event that's beautifully designed.
To hire us, we typically require the following:
01. Initial Consultation:
Schedule and attend a consultation to discuss your event details and requirements.
02. Signed Contract:
Review and sign our event floral & design contract, which outlines the scope of services, terms, and conditions.
03. Deposit:
A deposit is required to secure your booking. This amount is specified in the contract and is typically a flat rate or percentage of the total event fee.
04. Event Details:
Provide us with essential information about your event, such as the date, venue, guest count, and any specific preferences or needs.
Once these steps are completed, we’ll start working on creating a memorable event tailored to your vision.
